    CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION AND RETURN

    Our company protects consumer rights and prioritizes after-sales customer satisfaction. All kinds of dissatisfaction related with the products you purchased and the problems you may experience regarding the production and service are meticulously assessed by us and resolved as soon as possible. Below, you can find the conditions required for us to serve you better and faster in product returns; product returns are not accepted if any of the following conditions are not satisfied.

    a- Returns of used or damaged products are not accepted.
    b- The product to be returned must be delivered complete and undamaged with its standard accessories in a manner as received, within 30 days.

    ABOUT OTHER CONDITIONS AND RETURN CARGO FEES 

    a- In case the product/ products you want to return are defective, the cargo fee shall be covered by our company provided that they are sent by our contracted cargo companies,

    b- The refund of the product amounts shall be processed on the day the product reaches us on condition that the products received by Quality Assurance department are delivered in accordance with the return conditions. The transfer period of the refund to your account is under the initiative of your bank. Amounts refunded to credit cards are transferred to the account within 7 days.

    c- You can send your return products free of charge through Aras Kargo.
     
    SENDING THE PRODUCT TO BE RETURNED 

    The product to be returned can only be delivered to the contracted cargo companies. Apart from the contracted companies, the return and transportation fee of the products sent by any other cargo company shall not be accepted.
    General return conditions are as follows;
    - The products to be returned must be sent in the original box or packaging. 
    - The return of products with a damaged original box/ package (for instance: products with a cargo label affixed on the original box and taped with carton sealing tape are not accepted) which lost their resalability and cannot be purchased by another customer are not accepted.

    - You must send a petition indicating the reason for the return along with the original delivery note (all copies you have) and the product you want to return. 


    - In case the product/ products you want to return are defective, the cargo fee shall be covered by our company. In such case you must send the product by our contracted cargo companies. In other cases, the cargo fee shall not be covered by us. 


    ORDER CANCELLATION

    Dear customers, you may cancel the incorrect orders or the orders you reconsider. 

    Occasionally mails are checked late due to the workload. There is a possibility that the product has already been sent by cargo before we received the mail. In the cancellation process, if the product is not sent by cargo, the full fee shall be refunded with the same method you performed the transaction. If the product is sent by cargo, a refund shall be made by deducting the cargo fee or fees.
